So far I am happy with this purchase. The printer was super east to set up. This is the 1st thermal printer I have used, it took me a minute to figure out the scale when printing.

I bought brand new Munbyn AS01 scanner but received a used one.

does not work on IOS Mac systems, that is the software is not supported for Mac or Google Chrome

Have not used them and want to return them, this Company is very unreasonable to deal with and would never purchase from them again. Poor customer service

This little printer really works great and considerably fast, but the app has very minimal selection of templates.
