It functions great with the scanning camera plus two additional cameras. This tablet is made to take the extra movement of working and I noticed it didn't seem to be affected by the lower temperature drop. Very sturdy in a work area and the strap is so helpful to have. The scanning cam is right where is needs to be. It's a great quality business tablet.

Great Rugged tablet scanner. We have brought several of these tablets and haven't had an issues. Customer Service has been top notch. We have a few tablets that the screen has cracked due to human error of dropping off the forklifts and they landed just right. Customer has been great in helping get these screens fixed.

I love this barcode scanner tablet! It's very light, so my arms won't be tired even after working all day. And its scanning speed is fast, which greatly improves work efficiency. The screen is responsive and the display is very clear even in low-light environments, which is perfect for the lighting conditions.

It took us a bit of a learning curve to get this integrated into our atypical inventory system but it sure seems as though it will EASILY integrate with all the common systems that are non-proprietary. We just have a weird system that I coded myself. LOL. But it still works! And just as promised, it's very "rugged" having survived a lot drops already in hurried use by our staff.

The tablet includes a manual, white charger and white type-C charging cable. I also found a screen protector that I had to apply myself. I could align it exactly but I couldn't avoid a few tiny dust bubbles, so I wish it had been pre-applied. With time, though, I expect the bubbles should slowly dissipate.The tablet has indeed a very rugged body with bumpers on each corner. The screen is 8 inches diagonally but I see the frame around it is about ? an inch. It weighs over one pound. The scanner also adds some bulk to it but the adjustable handstrap on the back makes it comfortable for me to handle. The tablet is about ? inch thick without taking into account the scanner.I see several ports and interfaces on the sides such as POGO pins, a DC charging port, Type-C port, PSAM card slot, an SD and a SIM card slot. There is a green scan button on the right and left side, a red power button and next to it are the volume buttons. It has a rear and front camera as well. What I discovered is that it supports two SIM cards but at the expense of a SD card. I can either have two SIM cards or one SD and SIM card but not two SIMs along with an SD card. I currently have a T-Mobile SIM card and have mostly a 4G (LTE) connection.Starting and setting up the tablet took me about 7 minutes. It has a few apps pre-installed such as a dedicated scanning app named Scan to use with the built-in scanner. In the settings, I confirmed it��s running on Android 13. Despite not being Google Play Store certified, I didn��t find any fake specs or bloatware and I've noticed that switching between apps on this tablet is fast and reliable, allowing me to multitask without lags or delays.I downloaded and installed the Castro app from the Google Play store to check more specs. It has 64 GB of internal storage and 4 GB of RAM. Castro also lists the swap which is 2.16 GB. With another app named Android System Info I learned that the tablet��s MT6769V CPU has 8 cores with a clock range between 500 to 2000 MHz.I can connect to 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. And according to Castro, the maximum link speed is 433 Mbps. Castro reports the tablet supports NFC and GPS as well.The display��s resolution is 1280x800 with a 60 Hz frame according to multiple system checker apps I installed. And it has an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a density of 158 dpi. I also discovered that the touchscreen supports multi-touch input with up to 10 simultaneous touch points.According to the Castro app, it��s a Li-ion battery that has a capacity of 9000 mAh.And again according to Castro, the rear camera has a resolution of 13.1 MP with autofocus and various modes while the front camera has a resolution of 5 MP. The front camera also has several modes.I had no issues with Bluetooth and I could connect my wireless keyboards within a minute.In case I no longer need the barcode scanner, I think I can remove it by unscrewing 8 screws, of which 4 are hex socket screws.

I am going to say upfront that I did not get this as a barcode scanner, so I am not going to comment on that functionality. I got this as an everyday tablet to run apps, read email, stream music, and, most importantly, be a drone monitor, which is why I wanted something rugged.While this is not the most rugged tablet I've ever used, it does have a respectable amount of molded plastic around the sides and back, and is thicker as a result. Despite this, it is not too heavy and is easy to hold comfortably with the adjustable hand strap. Ironically, because of the scanner I am unable to use the tablet holder for my drone remote control because the scanner sticks out too far for the holder to clamp down on the top of the tablet. I'll find some workaround, but for now it's not working for the purpose I wanted it for.The tablet is a good size and runs all the apps I have tried so far; admittedly, none are particularly resource intensive, but performance is fine for my purposes. Overall, I am impressed with this.
