MUNBYN IPTS001 POS Touchscreen Monitor for Retail Checkout

Solid, heavy monitor, that connected up with no issues, and has good picture quality. We are using these in a dirty, hot/cold, dusty environment, but have only had them in service for a few days so far. The only issue we have with these is that one of them developed a yellow vertical line (see pic) that was intermittent at first, then eventually did not go away. I tried to contact Munbyn directly and open a ticket and they responded and asked for pictures of the line (intermittent when I submitted the ticket) and once I provided a picture (within a few days) they never responded again over17 days. I tried to open a new ticket, tried adding onto the ticket, etc., but crickets from Munbyn. I assume their support ticket system is simply broken. Amazon came through and agreed to refund us despite being over the 30 day return date. Nevertheless, I replaced it with the same monitor (awaiting arrival) because reviews on similar monitors are worse, and I know the quality of this monitor's frame and stand are very robust.

I hesitated for a long time to buy this POS touch screen because I saw the reviews. I was a little worried about the quality of the product at first, but after receiving the goods, I found that my worries were unnecessary. The product I received was not the same as the one in the review. I received a full flat screen instead of the bezels in the review, and the buttons are located on the back instead of the front of the machine. I suspect that what he received was not a MUNBYN product. However, this POS monitor is top-notch both in appearance and touch sensitivity. I will recommend it to my friends!

This touch screen is very stable, the screen size is exactly I want, very much in line with my use requirements, using the connection cable will be able to connect to the computer, too convenient!

This monitor is excellent! Super sturdy and wobble free with the options of vga or HDMI connectivity it fits perfect for my clients POS business I will ocniute purchasing.

I found this POS touchscreen for my company, and it's really great, except the machine is a bit heavy. The seller said it was made of all metal, not plastic. Not a problem if you don't move it often. Very satisfactory service.

Finally found a touchscreen thats both durable and sturdy. Perfect for fast paced supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Plug and play.

Very nice monitorI love this touch screen monitor. The touch is very stable. We have mounted it on a VESA mount, which enables different cashiers to adjust it to their ideal angle based on their height. It's a nice POS screen, and I would buy it again.

You will not find a better restaurant/retail POS monitor for such a reasonable price. I was using Elo before and it had a little problem. Until I found this munbyn POS screen. Trust me I've looked it up and this ticked all the boxes for my small business.

Nice point of sale solution

Ordered two to replace our old 3M monitor. The flat glass screen is easy to keep clean, and doesn't the gaps to trap dust. After a few months of use they are still working nicely.

We are very pleased with the quality, ease of installation and service provided by this product. I would recommend over products costing twice as much.
