Whe my unit got into trouble because the internal battery needs to be replaced customer service was there to guide me��.When i accidentally dropped a small screw inside they were there to guide me��.such a superb after sales support��.i cannot think of any company better than munbyn��s after sales support��.you cannot go wrong!It counts perfectly & when paired with a munbyn serial printer?? I was looking for a good bill counter like the one in the banks. But, the bank��s bill counters are very expensive. I came across IMC01. It offers good Value+Functions+Quality. It counts dollar bills; it recognizes denomination and bill numbers. Also, it is easy to install. But above all, my primary reason for buying IMC01 was support for Multi Currencies, especially the Dominican Peso. The software for recognition DOP wasn��t installed originally. I reached out to Munbyn support. The support responded pretty quickly. The new software was sent to me with helpful video instructions. Thank you!

Very easy to use, multi-functional, easy to operate, good-looking, clear board, and lightweight. I have bought several money counting machines, and I have to say that this one is one of the best. It's going back! It jams entirely too much. If all your bills are not new, but gently used with no creases, folds or a slight bend then this is the machine for you! I did expect a few jams but it jams more often then not.

My country changed the currency. They were very helpful wirh the new firmware to update the machine!!

Many this machine Rocks!!! Have had a few but this one is smooth and easy to use! Good bang for your buck machine!!! And you get a free portable machine free!!! Super sweet! Cant wait to get my portable one if its as amazing as its big brother!

Would be nice if they have one that is for U.S. currency only so that the alignment is permanent. Customer support is good also.
