For a fraction of the price of other brands, with the same functionality, we were able to improve inventory and picking speed and accuracy with this scanner.

Bought 2 of these scanners and use them in a warehouse environment. They work great! Scan engine lets us scan barcodes at 10 feet away. They were easy to set up and best of all they work great!

I was using bluebird scanner for a while to manage my inventory and pricing. One day i saw this munbyn scanner at my friends store. After using it for few minutes it was not hard for me to make my decision to buy this munbyn scanner. Once i recieved my scanner it was easy to setup and took not even half of the time i did on my old bluebird.Munbyn delivers exactly whats mentioned about this devices capabilities. Range is too good. Scans in milliseconds, helped me finish my price updates for the store in half of the time i took to do the same task at another store with my bluebird scanner. Bluebird scanners beam is wide spread whereas munbyn scanners cross style scanning makes it very quick to scan codes horizontaly or vertically.I needed some help to enable particular types of barcodes. Didnt want to take risk myself so i contacted customer support. To my surprise i got immediate response and they sent me direct whatsapp contact wherw i was able to upload videos and pics easily to explain what i need help with. William was always keen to help me and saved me hassle and time...Overall highly efficient product and very good customer service.

This is our 3rd time we have purchased one of these scanner. This is a great, tough, reliable scanner. We have used other brands and after a few months, the other brands stop working. We use these scanners in our warehouse all day, everyday. We are planning on switching out our other scanners for these ones. STOP LOOKING, BUY THIS ONE.

Excellent scanner for half the price of a zebra or samsung device. Able to load same apps as the other guys and just as fast and effective. Would highly recommend.

The first time to buy barcode scanner of this brand.Compared with many models, because our staff often have to sit on the forklift to work, we finally chose the more expensive one among many models.Out of caution, we initially purchased only one to test performance.After more than a month of testing, this model can be well adapted to the daily work of our staff.Planning to buy a few more for the company.

We are using this device in our wireless warehouse. Everything was great when we first purchased this device. After about a year, the device is now randomly shutting down. I contacted MUNBYN and their customer service has been prompt and very professional. We did some troubleshooting on the device and that did not work, So, I am returning the defective device for a replacement unit. Thank you MUNBYN for all of your help.

The product works perfectly. When the original battery died and I couldn't find a replacement, tech support hooked me up right away. Excellent customer service.

I have used these types of scanners from Munbyn for several years now between two companies. They work the same as the other big name brands and cost half. I haven't had any major issues with them and a few minor issues were resolved with updates I was provided by support. The only issue I have with them is there are no regional repair centers that can repair them like the big name brands. If it breaks you might as just buy another but at half the price its cheaper to have a few spares than to send one unit out for repair. Hopefully as time goes on they will have more repair centers where devices can be sent. Other than that the devices work great and I have not had any issues with them. At my current company we have 10 of them and use manageengine mdm plus (free for <25 devices) to manage them. Works well and was easy to setup.

We have bought a number of these and other units. For us, they have proved to be as robust and reliable as the big name manufacturers, but a much better value.

We have been using these scanners in manufacturing facility and find them to be very reliable. The support has been more responsive than many other technology companies. The protective cases have worked well and probably saved us from accidental drop damages. Replacement batteries are also reasonable and have shown to have good life. Great value here. Appreciate the number keys are white (easy to see)
