Well built, fairly priced laptop. Highly Recommend.

This is a well built rugged laptop at a very market competitive price. If you compare it to others in the market with similar features, its a great deal. The customer service has been very responsive and helpful. You can't beat the extended warranty program. Highly recommend.

Munbyn laptop exceeds all expectations

Been using this laptop in the field for 2 months now and I am impressed. Retired my ATG and bought this hoping for the price it would fit the rigors of electrical field service. It has surpassed all of my expectations and more. I definitely recommend this product. It��s fast, has a host of peripherals, and the screen works well in sunlight.

nice hardware / lack of repair parts available

The actual laptop is impressive from a quality / price point standpoint.It��s solid and straightforward, no fuss. Screen is nice and bright. Ports are solid. The built-in 4g wireless modem is a nice addition.I had high hopes for this as I have been looking for a more affordable alternative to other rugged laptops. We would purchase about 12 of these per year.There are really four issues that hold me back on this.1 - I don��t know if this laptop will be available in the long term.2 - No repair parts. We were told that the only way to repair it is to send the unit back to MUNBYN. They do make any repair parts available.3 - No separate batteries are available for sale. This is a deal breaker.4 - The hot swapable battery claim does not seem to be accurate in my testing.I am disappointed that this didn��t work out.I hope MUNBYN considers publishing some type of roadmap for the product and most importantly they need to make parts available, especially batteries.There is a place in the market for a lower cost rugged laptop. They could really excel by having the lower price point and making parts easily obtainable.

Like it a lot just wish I could get the extra batteries to swap on it.
